Onward maintenance programs include a negotiable period
of maintenance for one lump sum. You do not have to
worry about constantly paying bills or stress over
broken equipment, simply call Onward and we will come
and service your equipment.
In order to suit all of our customers’ needs,
we offer a variety of maintenance programs, which
include:
- 24x7x4 server support:
A complete hardware support solution for file servers
with a four-hour response time, either 24x7 or 8x5.
Customers can either pay per server or pay one fee
for all of their servers. (Rates vary based by coverage
plan.)
- Time Blocks:
A prepaid block of hours for technical service that
never expires and can be used for any service that
we provide. It includes a guaranteed response time
and is offered at a discounted hourly rate. Available
in 25, 50 and 100 hour blocks.
- Printer maintenance contracts:
The customer chooses which printers they wish to
place under contract. These printers will then be
serviced and maintained by Onward for an annual
fee, which can be paid in full at the start of the
contract, or in monthly installments.
- Cost
per Copy contracts for printers (click for our PrintEssential
program details):
For a simple output-based fee, Onward will provide
all of the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair,
and supplies necessary to keep your organization's
print network humming along! Onward supplies all
of the service, parts, and supplies (including toner
and ink cartridges) - All you supply is the paper
you use.
- Laptop and Desktop maintenance
contracts:
Similar to the printer maintenance contract, the
laptop and desktop maintenance contract covers all
scheduled equipment for one annual fee.
Don’t have a contract with Onward? You can
still call us to repair malfunctioning hardware and
software. We will charge you for the time spent and
the materials used and you can walk away with your
repaired item, no strings attached.
